6. Research and development will be key to your success.

7. Ask yourself are you innovative?

8. You will need a good web site developed.

9. Learn about growth Strategies.

10. Always have reserve capital, this is a must.

11. Never sign a long term lease if possible, always have options in your lease to renew at a set price or (CPI) Consumer price index of 2-4 percent.

12. After you have built a successful business think about an Exit strategy.

13. Trademark your business by using a trademark Attorney.

14. When designing your operations manual you will want to do a lot of research, take plenty of notes as your business grows, and if need be update your ops manual as needed.

15. Look into hiring a copy rights attorney for your documentation.
